It’s almost two weeks into the New Year; how many of you have let those “get fit” resolutions slide?
What if I told you that in two weeks you could transform your body with a nutrition coach, trainers, and hourly workouts every day, with times that fit your schedule?

CorePower Yoga studios are asking you to bring your sneakers to both their South Loop (555 West Roosevelt Rd.) and Gold Coast (12 W. Maple) locations for two weeks starting Febuary 4th.
The South Loop location is for early birds: Monday thru Friday 6 – 7 am, with a Saturday 8 – 9 am class. While Gold Coast’s 8:15 – 9:15 pm class with 7:45-8:45 am Saturday – is ideal for those of us who work late, but aren’t fans of getting up before the sun.
The two-week program includes cardio and strength training sessions, nutrition counseling, plus free yoga (they have hot yoga!) at any of the studios classes.
The program guarantees results after 15 sessions – and get this: the final Saturday class is followed by an open house for friends and family to congratulate you on your results. AKA – the cheekiest graduation you’ll ever be a part of!
CorePower Bootcamp is: $399 for the entire two-week program, but check with the friendly folks at the studios – as discounts are available.
If $399 is way out of your budget – there is still hope.
CorePower offers a week of unlimited yoga free to new students, and a month unlimited for $69 dollars. If $69 still isn’t your style, clean the studio for at least two hours a week for free classes.
